Tile Roof
- Roof Tile Repair – Waterproofing
- Contractor to pull permit (Only per customer request)
- Contractor to remove S-shape tile from roof and handle them with care while stocking them aside
- Remove old felt paper and haul away
- Determine if there is any water damage or wood rot and remove and replace if needed (Additional charge)
- Install new synthetic underlayment per code
- Pass sheeting inspection ( If needed )
- Reinstall tiles back into place
- Apply mortar as needed in all openings
- Caulk and paint flashings as needed
- Pass final inspection ( If needed )
- PLEASE NOTE- S-shape tile is very sensitive and contractor does not take responsibility for any tile that may break in the repair process. Contractor will purchase and replace any tile that is broken already or that may break in the process, and shall be reimbursed at the completion of the job.

- No access on driveway for dumpster: $15 per sq. ($600 minimum)
- Torch down PolyFresko title 24: $25 per sq.

- Replace skylight: $250 labor only
- Install new skylight: $500 labor only
- Flat roof replace tile edge: $3.75 per linear feet
- Fascia boards: $15 per linear feet (Wood only – NO paint and NO primer)
- Roof covering (Plastic) – $600
- Owens Corning Extended Warranty (materials only – required 4 items) – $65 per sq
- Owens Corning Extended Warranty (materials and workership 10 years – required 5 items) – $95 per sq
- Rain Gutters $9.5 Per 1 linear foot (1 story house) + Downspouts $95 Per 1 Downspouts (1 story house)
Important Messages - Please Read it!!!
- All pricing above are based on jobs that more than 18sq (1800sqft), Please note: for all jobs are less than 18sq will be additional price of $150 per sq.
- Permit is not included (permit fee will be added on final invoice depending the city fee on each job)
- All jobs are required minimum job of $5,500 (all additional prices listed above are not included for minimum job)
- All metal flashing will be color match to roof color
- Skyline Energy Roofing check weather before every job, if cover will be needed it’s an additional cost (please see plastic cover above – additional price section)
- Please be aware for windshake demolition, We recommend to cover the attic / garage from inside, many debris can fell inside, if you chose to cover will be an additional fee of $600 for each building (garage or attic), if you decide to leave it open – Skyline Energy Roofing won’t take any responsibility for cleanup.
